Sound Medicine

Sound Medicine is a tech startup pioneering the integration of mental health and wellness into commercial music using data backed science.

Founded by Dr. Elizabeth Krasnoff, Sound Medicine has lab tested binaural beats frequencies and her work has been published in the ‘Frontiers in Human Neuroscience.’ She is a pioneer in pushing medical grade binaural beats audio frequencies as an alternative to medication.

Sound Medicine is currently building a catalog of commercial music and mixing in binaural beats frequencies in order to promote relaxation, sleep, and focus through audio to the brain with plans to launch an application that will rival Apple Music and Spotify digital streaming services.

In my current role as a Digital Media Manager / A&R (Commercial Development), I drive collaboration between musical artists, scientists, and digital service provider operations within a dynamic startup environment.

Strategize marketing campaigns to promote data-backed studies for published science journals.

Manage a $50k quarterly ad spend budget for paid ads including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads, optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI and brand visibility.   

Execute email strategy, A/B testing to optimize for client acquisition success metrics (open rate, CTR, opt-outs) during peak & non-peak periods.

Manage copyright administration including researching writer and publisher information for label clients within our database, providing accurate data for decision-making and achieving a 40% increase in data accuracy.

I create weekly data reports for ad spend and marketing campaigns and present campaign performance to stakeholders.

Create copy, video, photo, graphics, and UGC content in order to promote our studies further to raise brand awareness.
